Shipping Information

Our bats are not off the shelf items. They are custom made for you after you place your order. Your order will ship between 1-2 weeks from when you first place the order. We will ship UPS ground to anywhere in the continental US. If you need 2-day, or overnight shipping, email us with your prospective order details, and we will quote what shipping will be. If you are outside of the continental US, email us with your prospective order details and we will quote what shipping will be.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our bats, there are no returns. The bats you order are custom made for you, and therefore are not suitable for sale to someone else. The only exception is if the bat you receive is not what you ordered, or if the bat breaks with very little use. If the bats you receive are not what you ordered, return it back to us unused, and we will replace it. If prowoodbats breaks, we will replace it at our discretion. We will not replace bats that have been abused. There are absolutely no returns on unfinished, or partially unfinished bats, unless it was made wrong.

Privacy policy

Any information, personal or otherwise, that we collect from our customers including but not limited to name, address, phone number, and email address will be kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or share personal information with anybody.

Security

We utilize the latest 128 bit encryption in our checkout pages. This offers the highest level of security possible. This means nobody can see your personal information, or credit card number as you proceed through the checkout process.

Guarantee

All bats are approved fo Professional Play. All bats are guaranteed to 1/2 Oz.
