League Rule Disclaimer
League and tournament rules for wood bats change every season. Pro Wood Bats summarizes general categories — BBCOR, USA, USSSA, wood-bat tournament, youth league, adult league, training-only — but we do not maintain the official approved-bat list for any league.
Before you buy or use a bat in a sanctioned game, verify the current approved-bat list with your league office, tournament organizer, or coach. Verify required certification marks (BBCOR, USA, USSSA, ink-dot). Verify length and drop-weight limits for your age group. Verify whether composite or bamboo bats are allowed for game use.
A bat we describe as “BBCOR-eligible” must still carry the BBCOR certification mark on the bat itself to be legal in BBCOR play. A bat we describe as “wood-bat tournament friendly” must still meet that specific tournament’s ink-dot or material rules.
If you use a bat that is later disqualified, neither Pro Wood Bats nor any of our editors is liable for game results, penalties, or eligibility consequences.
